Offer Accepted...

Regarding, the Milford offer I mentioned in my last entry "Who Says Homes Aren't Selling?!?!"....There were 4 bids on this home I described as a "little gem" in Milford.. My clients offer was one of them.. And I couldn't have been happier to tell them that their offer was the one the seller accepted! Purchase Agreement down... Inspection, Financing and Appraisal to go! Seriously... hearing the pure joy on the other end of the phone is the reason I love doing what I do so so much!
